We are a major stockist of Melamine, PVC, ABS, and Real Wood Veneer, edgebanding. Available in 22mm width unglued or preglued using our in house gluing machines at both sites in Dewsbury, Yorkshire and Witham in Essex. We also have a slitting machine in Witham which enables us to offer bespoke widths when required.
Our Melamine, PVC, ABS edge banding materials are mainly developed to match current popular melamine boards on the market, such as Kronospan, Egger, Finsa, & Sonae. This supports our commitment to the membrane pressing market where we stock a range of matching LG vinyls.

Step 1 - Develop a new 0.4mm vinyl design for the membrane pressing market using LG Hausys’ latest technologies.
Step 2 - Work with a board company to develop the matching board design.
Step 3 - Once the sample board is made, we then colour match the Melamine and PVC or ABS edge banding to suit the board.
Step 4 – We colour match the paper foil for profile wrapping, or offer the matched PVC in 0.2mm.
Step 5 – Launch a product to the market where all the matching has been done and is ready for use.
