We can make available Edge Banding in 22mm width, unglued or pre-glued; using our in-house gluing machines at both sites in Dewsbury, Yorkshire and Witham in Essex. We also have a slitting machine in Witham which enables us to offer bespoke widths of Edge Banding when required.
Our Melamine, PVC, ABS edge banding materials are designed to match current popular melamine boards such as Kronospan, Egger, Finsa and Sonae.

Step 1: Develop a new 0.4mm vinyl design for the membrane pressing market using LG Hausys’ latest technologies.
Step 2: Work with a board company to develop the matching board design.
Step 3: Once the sample board is made, we then colour match the Melamine and PVC or ABS edge banding to suit the board.
Step 4: We colour match the paper foil for profile wrapping, or offer the matched PVC in 0.2mm.
Step 5: Launch a product to the market where all the matching has been done and is ready for use.

PVC Edge Banding is durable and a popular material for use on sealing raw edges on materials in kitchen, bedrooms, office furniture. Our wide range includes many Whites & Creams, plain colours, and many Woodgrains.
We also offer on special order, a range of specialist PolyKarp edgings that are available in thickness up to 3mm in various widths.
Real Wood Veneer Edge banding is available in standard widths of 22mm x 0.6mm, fleeced & sanded. You can choose between Unglued or preglued with hotmelt glue.
Our wide range of Melamine Edge Banding includes many Whites & Creams, other plain colours and many Woodgrains. Embosses include Smooth, Light Textured, Textured, Ash and Woodpore.
